About Jiya Health

Jiya Health was founded on the belief that integrative medicine should be both powerful and accessible. With visits to an integrative physician often costing up to $600 per session, this level of care remains out of reach for many.

Created by a physician who witnessed both the profound impact and financial barriers of this work, Jiya Health offers tiered online programs that bridge modern science with the ancient wisdom of Yoga Nidra. Jiya, meaning soul, embodies the belief that true healing begins within the nervous system and guides you home to your natural state of vitality and health.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practiced lying down that uses breath and body awareness to bring the body into deep rest while maintaining inner awareness.
At its essence, Yoga Nidra is resting in your true nature—a state of pure awareness beyond thought and identity—where health, peace, and clarity naturally arise.
