About Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practiced lying down that uses breath and body awareness techniques to bring the body into deep rest while maintaining inner awareness.

At its essence, Yoga Nidra is resting in your true nature—a state of pure awareness beyond thought and identity—where health, peace, and clarity naturally arise.

Do I need any experience with Yoga Nidra or meditation?
No. This program is specifically designed for beginners and those who have struggled to maintain a meditation practice in the past.
How much time does it require?
Modules are brief and designed to fit into a busy lifestyle, with lessons under 10 minutes and practices ranging from 5–30 minutes. Ideally, you should be practicing Yoga Nidra 30 minutes a day for optimum results.
Is this a good fit if I'm dealing with stress, poor sleep, or burnout?
Yes. Many people begin with the Foundation Program because they want a simple, sustainable way to support their nervous system without adding another complicated health protocol.
Is there a live component to this program?
No, there is no live component with Dr. Soorya or community forum in this program.

Transformation Program

What makes the Transformation Program different from the Foundation Program?
The Transformation Program goes beyond learning Yoga Nidra. It integrates Yoga Nidra, nervous system education, polyvagal theory, lifestyle factors, weekly live sessions with Dr. Soorya and live community support to create lasting shifts in health and adaptability.
Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for individuals who feel like they've tried everything—supplements, diets, protocols, specialists, and treatments—but still feel stuck in their healing journey. This program is for all levels.
Why is the program six months long?
Transformation takes time. The goal is not simply to learn information but to create new patterns within the nervous system that support long-term health and resilience.
When are the lives?
Every other Monday at 1 pm EDT. Every other Tuesday at 7 pm EDT. 2-4 lives are subject to cancel. Lives are recorded incase you cannot make it.
Can I participate if I have a busy schedule?
Yes. The program is designed for real life. Many participants are professionals, parents, caregivers, or individuals managing chronic health challenges.
Is this a group coaching program?
The Transformation Program includes community support and guidance, but its primary focus is helping you develop the awareness and tools to understand and work with your own nervous system.
How much time does it require?
Weekly modules are brief and designed to fit into a busy lifestyle, with lessons under 10 minutes. The Yoga Nidra practices range from 5–30 minutes. Ideally, you should be practicing Yoga Nidra 30 minutes a day for optimum results.

In addition, there is a weekly live Q and A session that is 1 hour long with Dr. Soorya.

What will I learn?
You'll learn how to identify nervous system patterns, map your responses to stress, cultivate awareness, and build greater resilience and adaptability.
How is this different from traditional stress management?
Rather than simply managing stress, you'll learn how to understand your unique nervous system landscape and develop a different relationship with your internal experience.
Is this program educational or experiential?
